The brief of the client was precise: a space that reflects their personalities, lifestyles and design preferences while keeping comfort at the core. The expansive penthouse is bathed in sophisticated luxury and rooted in tradition, perfect blend of modernism and cultural beliefs.
The inclusive open planning of the penthouse creates a huge central common area with formal and informal living rooms, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms have complete access to the huge open terraces at the periphery.

A massive copper door opens up to an alluring entrance foyer designed in eclectic taste with a fusion of sophistication and grandeur.
The vibrant green wall and the customized feature wall done in neutral tone creates an arresting aura.

The wooden tone flooring and the ceiling cloaked in deep toned wood adds warmth to the modern and genteel living room.
Guided by their traditional values, the living area has been bifurcated into two identical formal living rooms for men and women. An intricate patterned metal screen is a strategically designed element, the concept of which is reflected throughout the common areas of the penthouse.
