This two-story penthouse belongs to Ketanbhai and his family of six. They desired a contemporary home which suits their simple lifestyle and is free of hassles of maintenance. Adhering to the clients’ requirements, the penthouse was conceptualized in contemporary style using minimal accents and decor.

The linear orientation of the penthouse and the open planning gave us the opportunity to design it as one single space which is segregated as well as connected through furniture.

The open kitchen creates as sense of informality along with sophistication and the glass fronted cabinets lighten the look of the kitchen and gives a very modern look
The barrier-free dining allows spaces to flow into each other thereby making the home look more spacious than it is.The light coloured dining table and chairs were designed keeping the minimalist theme in mind.
Study Area
Adjoining the dining and secluded from the subtle colour palette of the house, the study area treated with eye-catchy colour, tailored for a cozy, semi-private nook that is seeded in contemporary sensibilities.
Bedrooms & Baths
The house has 3 bedrooms with earch having an attached bathroom.
Each bedroom of the house has been given adequate attention for function, design and taste.
The Stairways
The double heighted concrete finish customized feature wall and the fabricated staircase made with the limited material palette used throughout the penthouse compliments the minimalistic design approach.
